Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary school in Ross-on-Wye, to join their team on a full-time basis. The school has recently been rated ‘good’ by OFSTED, with a recent report stating that ‘Pupils build outstanding personal and social skills and achieve well academically because of the good provision made for them. This includes an exceptionally stimulating and exciting curriculum’. The school are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant with a Level 2 qualification to work in classes across KS2. Duties will include supporting whole class teaching and working with intervention groups to improve progress in Maths and Literacy. You must have an in-depth knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, and excellent behaviour management skills. We are looking for a passionate and committed KS2 Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. The role is to provisionally to continue until the end of the Autumn term, but has the potential to be extended further.
