Working as part of the Trust IT team, we are seeking to appoint an experienced IT Technician to join Leigh Academy Tonbridge as soon as possible. In this role, you would play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our IT services for the benefit of our staff and students. You will have up-to-date knowledge of IT best practices, products, and statutory requirements, and be looking for a promotion or a move into an exciting new role.
The IT Technician will:
* Respond to requests for ICT support in accordance with Help Desk procedures and priorities to resolve issues within Service Level Agreements (SLA's) assigned by the helpdesk.
* Support the Trust's Team Leaders with the install, support, and maintenance of all the Academies Trust IT hardware and services.
* Support Trust Projects by carrying out specific testing as directed by the Project Team and provide reports on testing that has been completed.
Our successful candidate will:
* Be part of a Trust-wide team of approximately 30 IT Technicians with a wealth of experience between them, so you'll be part of a close-knit and supportive group of colleagues.
* Receive 25 days annual leave per annum (plus bank holidays), which increases to 30 days when you've been employed for 5 years.

This is a permanent position offering a salary of £26,079 per annum based on 37 hours per week, full year. Please be aware that this role is based between Leigh Academy Tonbridge and Snowfields Academy (Cranbrook Campus).
Please be aware that the successful candidate must have a valid UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle, as this position will involve traveling between local sites to cover short periods of absence/holiday and project work.
