Hays are partnering exclusively with a national education and training provider based in North Norfolk to find a Team Administrator on a temporary basis. This company is widely recognised as the leading organisation in their field, and this role plays an important part in the delivery of their products and services.
Your new role
This role is primarily to support their Product Team in the end-to-end delivery of products and services. The role holder will work with colleagues across a number of teams to support customer-driven products and services that meet the requirements of the organisation's strategic objectives and the needs of industry.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
1. Delivery and performance of products and services
2. Support the delivery of products and services by coordinating delivery activity across a variety of teams (internal and external)
3. Support the review of delivery against service level agreements
4. Assist the finance team in monitoring the financial performance of products and services
5. Support the resolution of complaints that are received by or referred to product management
6. Using data to inform product delivery
7. Assist in reviewing data from a variety of sources to help monitor performance and report on delivery
8. Supporting the sharing of product data across product management and other teams as appropriate
9. Managing Relationships
10. Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues from a variety of teams across the organisation
11. Some engagement with customers, partners, and stakeholders outside the organisation
12. Continually develop product understanding
13. Develop and maintain product knowledge and understanding on an ongoing basis
14. Decision-making and Business Impact
15. Some limited decision-making within set parameters
16. Some business impact on a single product or service
17. Some persuading and influencing skills are required internally, with colleagues
18. Limited contact externally with suppliers, customers, employers, and others engaged with their products and services
19. Communication may be commercially confidential or sensitive in nature
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours between Monday and Friday. Hybrid working is available upon completion of training.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential
1. Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator at appropriate levels demonstrated by a variety of written, verbal, and face-to-face methods

3. Experience in communicating with customers and other key stakeholders
