We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Manager, ideally with strong B2B experience to lead our online sales and digital marketing strategies. This role will be instrumental in scaling our e-commerce offering, driving sales, and delivering a seamless online customer experience. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and data analytics, with a proven track record in driving e-commerce growth. We provide the components and expertise for our customers to deliver stunning and impactful lighting projects. The Erasure world tour, Dior, DC10 in Ibiza, Next plc, Mulberry and BMW are just some projects our customers have delivered using our products. Things you’ll be doing Manage and optimise the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform BigCommerce and 3rd party integrations including product listings, pricing, search and merchandising and stock monitoring Ensuring the website is kept up-to-date including navigation, banners, new in products/brands, category pages and technical documentation Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to improve website performance, customer engagement, and sales conversions Product feed optimisation through our 3rd party Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product and Technical to ensure seamless online experience Oversee digital marketing agencies aligning PPC & Paid Social activity with the wider business priorities Implement A/B testing procedures to optimise user experience and sales funnels/CRO Analyse web analytics and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and e-commerce best practice Performance reporting to the wider business Skills we need 4 years in an e-commerce/digital marketing role Ambitious and commercially astute Technically minded.
