Main Purpose of Job
To assist in all operational aspects of Mill Farm Hospitality Venues and ensure the smooth running of the department and offer exceptional customer service at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Welcome guests. All enquiries made in person or over the phone must be handled to the standards of Mill Farm.
2. Serve meals & drinks to guests.
3. Assist in the setup and maintenance of all service areas and storage of deliveries.
4. Notify the Manager or his/her deputy where stocks/supplies are low.
5. Maintain an effective reservations program.
Ideal Applicant
1. Experience is preferred but not essential.
2. Must be well presented and confident in dealing with customers.
3. Must be flexible and available to work at short notice.
4. Honesty and reliability are essential.
