Global Sustainability Manager – Procurement & Supply, Role Responsibilities:-
✅ Leading the integration of supplier sustainability strategies for a brand new procurement category (Beyond Value Chain Mitigation - BVCM)
✅ Developing supplier engagement programs to improve sustainability performance and emissions reporting
✅ Supporting sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management to align with Deloitte’s sustainability goals
✅ Collaborating with internal teams across multiple regions to ensure global alignment on procurement sustainability
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management. Exposure to BVCM is beneficial but not essential
Deep expertise in supplier sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives
Proficiency in procurement analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Spend Visibility)
