Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and self-employed Freelance Clinical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with expertise in the health and social care sector and a passion for delivering high-quality training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive training to health and social care professionals, tailored to the needs of our diverse client base.
* Use clinical expertise to provide mandatory and bespoke training courses in line with sector standards.
* Adapt and develop training content to suit various stakeholders, including independent care providers and charities.
* Offer support to learners during and after training sessions.
* Keep accurate records of training delivery and learner achievements.
Minimum Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
* Experience in the health and social care sector.
* Previous experience in delivering training or teaching.
* Own laptop and the ability to conduct both in-person and online training sessions.
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
* Independent Contractor status with flexibility to travel across East Anglia.
