KHR are working with a reputablehygiene provider based in Wrotham; currently, they have a fantasticopportunity for an Office Administrator to join the team on apart-time permanent basis.
This is the idealopportunity for someone looking to make the role your own usingyour organisational and interpersonalskills.
Duties will include, yet not belimited to:
- Helping the senior team tomanage their time and appointments
- Taking calls anddealing with new enquires
- Managing the initialenquiries and maintaining the CRM software
- Oncetrained, assist with the management of staff hours
-Working closely with the H&S Consultant keeping records up todate
- HR - Looking after the administration of new staffcoming onboard
- When required be willing to use acompany vehicle to drop/pick up staff from theirassignments
- Keeping monthly checks and auditinformation up to date for the ISO registration
- Generaladministration duties as required
CandidateProfile
- Extensive administration/ officesupport experience
- Be highly organised andefficient
- Hold a full UK driving licence
-Previous experience using a CRM
- Be IT literate
- Have strong communicationskills
