To assist the Marketing Communications Team in the coordination and execution of all PR, marketing, and digital activities in order to carry out the marketing communications strategy effectively.

Key Duties & Objectives of a Marketing & Events Coordinator
1. Helping to implement marketing communications projects and activities including new product launches, internal communications, marketing and brand initiatives.
2. To support with planning and development of marketing communication materials including customer newsletters and direct mailings based on agreed objectives.
3. Build and maintain positive working relationships with the UK Market Management team and the wider business.
4. Responsible for offline marketing activities including advertising and direct mail in line with agreed objectives.
5. To provide administrative support to the Marketing Communications Team in line with agreed objectives.
6. To build and execute an events and exhibitions plan to support the product and patient care division.
7. Organisation of photoshoots to support marketing campaign activities.
8. Support the marketing team by creating content for use in campaigns.
9. Prepare and execute direct mail campaigns in line with agreed objectives.
10. To be responsible for sourcing and stock management of corporate merchandise.
11. To prepare post-event evaluation reports and deliver rationale for future exhibiting.
12. To contribute ideas during marketing creative sessions and planning meetings.
13. To carry out other duties reasonably falling within the purview of this post.
The successful candidate will be prepared to travel to wherever the events plan takes them and also be open to working additional hours on occasion which they will recoup in lieu. There are approx 30 events per year, 50% of which will require an overnight stay.
This role needs someone who is open to development and learning, has a good work ethic, and works well in a team.
