Business Intelligence Manager
We know that great data drives great decision making and service delivery. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated and experienced business intelligence professional to lead the SCH Business Intelligence Team.
You will be responsible for delivering the business Intelligence function and capacity throughout SCH, driving improvement and ensuring that decision making is evidence-led. You will also act as the data governance lead to ensure that we have robust data management systems.
You will have:
* A degree level education or equivalent, preferably with statistical or information systems focus
* Substantial experience of exploiting information systems for performance monitoring, research or statistical analysis
* Experience of leading a team
* Knowledge of research methods and statistical techniques for collating and interpreting information, both qualitative and quantitative
* A customer-focused outlook, with a passion to improve services
* The ability to develop strong, effective working relationships
* The ability to communicate effectively at different levels, and to convey sometimes complex data in a way that can be easily understood
* Experience working in social housing or the wider public sector is desirable.
