We are looking for someone with strong experience in the world of HR to take on all of our HR functions. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate as we take on our first full-time HR role. The role will include:
1. Managing the recruitment process from sifting candidates, supporting with interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process.
2. Managing daily absence and overseeing the sickness & absence process.
3. Supporting with performance management, conducting investigations & disciplinaries (with the support of our external HR consultant).
4. Responsible for employee wellbeing within the business, engaging with our employees to drive engagement and promote continued loyalty.
5. Responsible for the Employee Handbook.
6. We are looking for someone who is friendly and has a people-first approach.
7. You will need to be organised, have strong written communication skills, and be proficient in general administrative tasks.
8. Experience working within a payroll function would be advantageous.
This role will also form part of our Operations Team, and you will provide general administrative support such as scheduling our routes for our Technicians, answering telephone calls, and dealing with day-to-day customer queries. We are looking for someone who is naturally confident when speaking to customers. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and you will have a warm communication style.
