A fantastic client within the retail field is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and results driven Sales Support Assistant to join their team on a part time basis. Working in fun and friendly offices, this is a fantastic opportunity to start a career within a professional yet fun environment. This is a varied role dealing with customer enquiries along with supporting the sales team with general day to day duties.
As part of this fantastic team you will:
1. Take customer enquiries via phone and email.
2. Provide general admin support.
3. Update customer accounts.
4. Send out quotes.
5. Meet and greet clients on site.
6. Support with customer reviews and new business opportunities.
7. Liaise with internal teams when necessary.
8. Build a knowledge of customer accounts.
9. Build a great knowledge and understanding of the product portfolio.
The Ideal candidate will:
1. Have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
2. Have great attention to detail with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
3. Want to build a career in a market leading company.
4. Be happy to work Saturdays.
