Job Description
1. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
2. Manage the digital marketing team and manage all digital marketing channels - website (Shopify), SEO, Paid advertising, Email Marketing, and Social Media.
3. Measure ROI and KPIs and manage budget.
4. Partner with different teams to ensure brand consistency.
5. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
6. Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
7. Identify advertising needs and establish best practices in digital marketing.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Digital Marketing Manager should have:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing role.
2. Proven experience in managing website, customer database, email, social media, and paid search & advertising campaigns.
3. Familiarity with Shopify, web design, and HTML.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
5. Strategic abilities with a creative mindset.
6. Industry experience working with fashion, retail, lifestyle, or homeware brands.
7. Desired: Partnership experience
