Join our team as a Peer Mentor Coordinator to lead the change for a smoke-free future and transform lives! This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in Leeds Stop Smoking Services, providing smoking cessation advice to the residents of Leeds.
The Leeds Stop Smoking Service is a community provision with a focus on engaging and providing evidence-based behaviour change interventions for people who have or are at risk of developing a longer-term physical health condition or a common mental health illness, who wish to stop smoking and may need additional support.
You will be responsible for recruiting, leading and managing a group of volunteer Peer Support Mentors.

1. Experience creating a personalised service for clients with multiple and complex needs.
2. Like thinking of new and flexible ways of engaging clients.
3. The ability to work collaboratively and positively with clients and other service providers.
