Recruitment Consultant – Kane Selection
Location – Horsforth, Leeds, UK
Type – Hybrid (On-site during probation Period)
Remuneration – Basic dependent on experience - 20% Uncapped Commission on all fees with additional incentives for over performance and achieved targets.

The Role
We're looking for experienced 360 recruiters that are driven to succeed through proactive business development and headhunting. To be truly successful in this role you will need to build relationships with candidates and clients alike, this is not a role you can succeed in purely through text communication!
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and updating the CRM.
* Taking Vacancy Briefs, Headhunting and interviewing Candidates.
* Sourcing new clients and building relationships through Business Development.
* Negotiating Offers and Terms with clients.
* Making full use of the available tools and platforms to build awareness of you and your brand.
* Learn your Market, and those within it, to be able to act in a consultative manner giving great service and advice to clients and candidates alike.
The Candidate
* Resilience is a key requirement in this role, to be able to handle all the unpredictable elements of recruitment and stay focused on the prize regardless of how your last communication went.
* Focused and Goal Orientated, able to see “End goal” that is being strived for with each smaller action.
* 2+ years previous recruitment experience in a 360 role. Sales and Telesales individuals from the right background would be considered, as will good candidates with 180-270 experience.
* Take a proactive approach, fostering your own growth and income.
* Confidence interacting with people of all levels, from individuals selling Plant attachments or software through to Partners, Presidents and CEOs.
