My client is an exciting high growth Technology business within the e-commerce software sector, with a focus on proving a POS system to independent retailers within the Cycle, Equestrian, Lifestyle, fashion and Outdoor sectors.
Alongside the software products, my client also offers Digital Marketing Services such as managed Google Shopping Campaigns, Email Newsletters, Email Automations and On-going Design Services .
Due to ongoing growth, we have an exciting role for an Account Manager to join a successful team in Ulverston, Cumbria. As part of the Success team, you will provide an exemplary service to clients seeking ongoing sales opportunities and resolving issues enabling the company to be the leading integrated retail solution provider in the UK and Europe.
The role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with key accounts and customers ensuring their experience is exceptional from the outset.
* You’ll help to build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with clients, acting as a main point of contact.
* You will provide expert advice on products, services and best practices.
* You’ll assist and help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings to develop a deep understanding of their needs, pressure points and struggles.
* Upselling key products and feature to existing customers where opportunities arise.
* Supporting the Digital Marketing & Success Team to aid customer growth.

* Quick to adapt to new tools, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics/Ads, and Cloud POS.
