At AXA UK Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE), we’re seeking a Report Analyst with an inquisitive mind and a genuine passion for data. You’ll help us deliver cutting-edge finance data products on Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform and Power BI, as we expand our team and enhance our reporting capabilities. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing:
* Support the business through creation of structured BI reporting actionable and meaningful business insight for strategic or material use cases.
* Execute report analyst activities, using Power BI to solve business problems and develop new products for the wider business.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to identify strategic value opportunities.
* Orchestrate the creation of re-usable patterns to enable business functions to transition current business use cases onto Power BI.
* Support local stakeholders with communication and knowledge management to educate and ultimately empower consumers of data on the governance policies and practices.
* Collaborate with peers across business to deliver inputs to the overarching data strategy and communicate the same through various mediums.

What you’ll bring:
* Practical experience in developing and governing BI reports and their platforms mainly Power BI.
* Good understanding of finance data within an insurance or financial services sector.
* Experience with Cloud transformation tools and technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
* Ability to create and deliver effective reporting solutions that deliver business value.
* Demonstrate influencing and relationship building skills, both within and outside the immediate team.
* Expertise in BI platform administration tasks and software.
* Collaborative nature, working closely and sharing ideas with stakeholders such as Retail, Commercial and Claims.
* Capability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines whilst maintaining reliability and accuracy.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
