Key Responsibilities:
Access Control: Manage access points, screen visitors, and enforce security protocols.
Crowd Control: Monitor crowd behavior, identify potential risks, and implement crowd control measures.
Surveillance: Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor activity and detect potential threats.
Incident Response: Respond to incidents promptly and effectively, following established procedures.
Report Writing: Prepare detailed incident reports and other relevant documentation.
Customer Service: Interact with attendees in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
SIA License: Valid SIA Security Guarding Door supervisor License (essential).
Experience: Proven experience in event security or a similar role.
Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
