About the Role
SRL is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in creating visually impactful collateral across both digital and print, ensuring all designs align with our brand while pushing creative boundaries.
This role requires a high level of creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail, working across a variety of marketing and communication materials.
This is a great opportunity for a talented Graphic Designer to make an impact at SRL, working across a diverse range of projects in a fast-paced and creative environment.
The role will be based in Winsford (Office-based, with occasional travel).
Key Accountabilities
1. Creative Development – Generate multiple ideas for each brief and bring them to life with high-quality design.
2. Marketing Collateral Design – Create assets for social media, datasheets, brochures, direct mail campaigns, event stands, POS, and more.
3. Digital & Print Execution – Ensure designs are optimised for both online and offline channels, with a strong understanding of print production requirements.
4. Basic Video Content Creation – Develop short-form videos for social media, sales collateral, and the website, enhancing engagement and brand storytelling.
5. Email Marketing – Design and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
6. Brand Alignment & Advocacy – Act as a brand champion, ensuring all work adheres to brand guidelines while adding creative flair.
7. Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects, balancing multiple deadlines.
8. Photography & Motion Design (Bonus but not essential) – Photography skills and experience with After Effects would be an advantage for creating animated assets.
Key Skills
Essential:
1. 3+ years’ experience in an agency or in-house design role.
2. Proficiency in Adobe CC – InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
3. Mailchimp (or similar email platforms) experience.
4. Strong understanding of print production and technical requirements.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. A strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, design, and collateral marketing.
7. Passion for creativity with strong attention to detail and craft.
8. Basic video editing skills for short-form content creation.
9. A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and can execute them with precision.
10. A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
