The ProFab Group is seeking someone who will bring their unique touch to the position of Sales advisor at Saint‑Germain‑de‑Grantham city offices.
As a Sales advisor, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your technical knowledge and contribute to the team’s success.
Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers visiting the model units or the sales office and qualifying their projects;
* Assisting customers by presenting various housing products, answering questions, and providing all necessary documentation and information;
* Advising customers in selecting their options;
* Ensuring follow‑up with customers throughout the processing of their order;
* Ensuring customer satisfaction;
* Performing any other related tasks as requested by the immediate superior;
* Providing client experience and support that exceeds customer expectations.
Experience and qualifications required:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in sales;
* Professional spoken and written French;
* English is an asset;
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
* Team spirit;
* Passion for sales;
* Customer satisfaction oriented;
* Adaptability to change;
* Organized, autonomous, and rigorous;
