We have a variety of restaurants and bars you could be working in, from our American diner through to contemporary Indian fusion fine-dining. You’ll be joining a brilliant team of people in contemporary surroundings with amazing and appreciative guests.
You will prepare, cook and present menu items to agreed standards. You will assist the Kitchen Managers with the general supervision and coaching of the Kitchen Assistants and deputise for the Kitchen Managers in their absence, maintaining the smooth running of the kitchen.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week with a variety of shift patterns including daytime, evenings or a mix of both. Flexibility will be required as our village is open 365 days of the year, so you will need to be able to work some weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.
