We're looking for two passionate and practical Co-Producers to join our team in Huntly.
These new roles reflect our deeply collaborative approach within our team and with artists, communities, and partners. Working across the organisation, from programme to operations, buildings to communications, the Co-Producers will be essential members of Deveron Projects, creatively and practically co-developing the work we make, and how we make it.
It's an exciting time to get involved. From Spring 2025 our programme of events, artists’ residencies, and community-led learning will be driven by the themes of Home, Land, and Community. Through these themes, we will make collaborative and place-based artworks that aim to build social movements. We will connect communities and realise experimental, equitable organisational practices. Our work will broaden ideas of who and what makes art and culture in rural places.
We want to hear from you if you are curious, passionate, and motivated, with experience, knowledge, and networks that could support the development of at least one of our programme strands. This could include socially-engaged or contemporary arts practices, land work, movement organising, community development, rural/local cultures, or others. The full requirements of the role and the tasks each Co-Producer may hold are detailed in the job pack.
Deadline for applications: Tuesday 1 April, 12 noon
Salary: £32,000 annually, pro rata
Working Hours: 32 or 40 per week, flexible (see job pack for details)
Contract: 2 years fixed term. Extension dependent on funding.
Location: Huntly, Aberdeenshire.
We are running informal 1:1 open sessions where you can meet with us and get a feel for the role, what it’s like to work/live here, and ask any questions. You can book these, find out how to apply, and download the full job pack on the opportunities page of our website.
