Job Summary:
You will be responsible for retaining current levels of business, as well as growing account value by generating new leads from existing customers across the EMEA region. You should be experienced in building strong and long-lasting relationships with multiple contacts. You will be expected to leverage these relationships to generate new sales opportunities. These sales opportunities will then be passed to the new business sales team, allowing you to focus on account development.
This is very much a blend of lead generation and account management.
We are looking for someone who has an energetic attitude towards making outbound calls and is great at building relationships with end users and decision makers at all levels. There is no cold calling; all calls are made to existing customers.
Energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed are essential for this role.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous tele-sales or account management experience. Success will look like a stream of self-generated inquiries, growing repeat business revenue, and creating a reputation as the 'go-to' person at CILS for our international customers.
You will be part of a growing Customer Partnership team based at our Worthing, West Sussex Head Office, and the role is office-based 5 days a week.
The role is varied and includes the following activities:
* Sales calls to generate leads from existing customers
* Account networking to establish new contacts and develop relationships
* Stock replenishment calling based on order history to preserve existing revenues
* Customer calls to investigate and recover any declining revenues
* Pro-active customer enquiry follow-up
