Job summary An opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior nurse to join our Little Havens Inpatient Unit, nestled in the beautiful Essex Daws Heath woodland. Main duties of the job Regularly takes responsibility for being the nurse in charge, formulating plans for patient care, managing frequent changes, and leading the shift. Responsible for delegating workload to staff, ensure nursing care is delivered to the highest standard and reflects the needs of the patient /children and young people.
