Perform regular audits of conference room equipment and technology to ensure functionality and compliance. Address incidents and complete "Install, Move, Add, Change" (IMAC) tasks within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Execute custom user requests, project tasks, and provide quotes while adhering to timelines and quality standards. Keep documentation updated and user-friendly for conference room technology and related processes. Skills & Experience: Eligible for SC Clearance. Commitment to full-time office presence (5 days a week).
