RC Fornax is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales department. This role is focused on expanding our customer footprint within the Automotive industry.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage your own opportunity pipeline within the Automotive industry.
2. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions specific to the automotive sector.
3. Maintain a high level of company knowledge and stay informed about competitors in the automotive consultancy space.
4. Proactively develop relationships with potential clients in the automotive sector.
5. Attend webinars, conferences, and trade shows relevant to the automotive industry.
Organisational Relationships:
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong organisational and time management abilities.
3. Proven relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
5. Persistent, resilient attitude with a passion for success.
6. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. Experience with cold calling and account management.
8. Understanding of the Automotive industry and engineering disciplines is essential.
9. Proven track record in a sales environment, driving measurable results.
