JOB TITLE: Cover Cleaning Operative LOCATION: BH2, Bournemouth WORKING HOURS: 18 HOURS PER WEEK SHIFT PATTERN: X2 9 Hour shifts if Holiday cover or Sickness cover will be required to work more Hours. PAY RATE: £12.00 PER HOUR ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE ABM is looking for hardworking and proactive cleaning Operative to join our team in Bournemouth area. Your duties will involve cleaning of Front of House areas and includes hoovering, using a Scrubber Dyer to clean front of house, mopping, wiping, kitchen area, toilet cleaning and ensuring outside area is free from litter. You will empty waste and You will also be using a Baler and Compactor back of house. You must have good attention to detail and high standards of cleaning. You will be responsible for disinfecting areas as per planner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting all surfaces. · Scrubbing kitchen and toilets. · Hoovering and mopping floors and using Floor Scrubber Dryer. · Disinfecting all high touch points and ensuring outside is free from Litter. · Detail work i.e. skirtings, sills, fixtures etc. · Following group and company policies and procedures. · Back of House and Front of House management of areas. · Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment. · Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received. · Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE · Must be hardworking and with good attendance, work to routine schedules and to proactively find tasks on your own initiative. ESSENTIAL · Cleaning experience · Good attendance · Timekeeping · Good Communicational Skills - Use Of radio's is required. · Be available for occasional cover shifts.
