ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT/CREDIT CONTROL
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of office/accounts experience
2. Good communication skills and work ethic
3. Sage experience
4. Excel experience
Responsibilities:
1. Posting BACS/CHQ payments to Sage on a daily basis
2. Chasing customers for overdue accounts via phone/email
3. Dealing with customer queries, sending copy invoices, etc.
4. Sending monthly statements
5. Mid-month chase letters
6. Answering emails daily
7. Taking credit card payments
8. Collating information for offsite accountants for year-end
9. Plus, ad-hoc duties that are encompassed within the accounts department
Working Conditions:
1. Parking on site
2. Relaxed working environment
3. Full-time in office 9-5 Monday to Friday
4. Unfortunately, we do not offer remote working with this position
Benefits:
