The Benedetti Foundation is seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Chief Executive with a passionate commitment to music education and an excellent track record in arts or charity leadership.
Established in 2019, The Benedetti Foundation is a transformative music education charity dedicated to enabling access to music participation and appreciation for all. Led by International violinist Nicola Benedetti CBE and bringing together a tutor team of exceptional educators and performers from across the globe, the charity and its trustees deliver inspirational experiences through mass music events and demonstrate what music education at its best can look and feel like.
Following five years of exponential growth, The Benedetti Foundation is seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Chief Executive to realise its expanding vision and guide the charity through its next phase of development.
A highly effective ambassador and advocate, the new Chief Executive will bring demonstrable expertise in partnership building and extend the Foundation’s reach across schools, communities, and cultural partners locally, nationally, and internationally. Capable of balancing growth and business transformation with a deep commitment to quality, the Chief Executive will provide inspirational leadership to the core team and extended freelance tutor group, overseeing all aspects of strategic planning, financial management, and charitable governance. A knowledge of the music education funding landscapes across the UK would be advantageous.
Location for role: Remote with monthly team meetings in a central location (currently London) and regular UK travel (travel expenses covered).
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per year, depending on experience.
