Essential Experience Required:
1. Experience in the KBB industry (e.g., Kitchen Designer, Kitchen Sales Designer, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Manager).
2. Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
3. Understanding of kitchen installations.
4. Experience working with homeowners and builders.
5. Ability to manage your own diary and time effectively to meet all SLAs.
6. Presentable and able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
7. Motivated and eager to succeed within a dynamic team.
8. Reliable team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
9. Experience managing trades personnel (fitters) is an advantage but not essential.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Manager:
1. Manage the resolution of reported product/installation issues.
2. Coordinate employed trades and ensure their quality of workmanship by attending 4-5 sites per week.
3. Attend regular review meetings with National Housebuilding clients (1-2 per week).
4. Work to targets.
5. Perform administration duties.
