Trainer needed in Dorchester
We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join us as the Agency Training and Audit Coordinator. This role will be crucial in ensuring our staff and Shared Lives Carers receive the highest quality training to support our diverse range of services.
Based in Gloucester with occasional travel across the County.
Up to 4 days a week (less considered) (typical working hours would be 09:00 – 17:00, however can be discussed at interview).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Booking, coordinating, purchasing, and monitoring training across In House Services.
2. Liaising with managers, team members, training providers, and other external and internal contacts.
3. Working primarily from the office with occasional visits to other locations across the County to set up and facilitate training sessions.
4. Setting up bespoke training activities tailored to the needs of our services.
5. Monitoring training expenditure and working within a set budget.
6. Auditing training completion and assessing the quality of the training provided.
7. Supporting overall workforce development initiatives.
