We have an opportunity as a Payroll Business Analyst working within our Life and Pensions IT department. The Payroll Business Analyst will need to understand the client's requirements and translate them into solutions that meet the client's needs, are compliant with UK regulations, and can be administered on our existing platforms.
This will require close liaison with our sales team, the client, our internal regulatory department, and the relevant administration team. Changes will need to be carefully scoped and planned, for the Business Analyst to then oversee the work from inception, through to sign-off by both the client and the administration team.
