We have new, advance instructions from a distinctive, very successful international law firm in the Caribbean seeking a commercial litigator. This role is very confidential and so early enquiries are welcomed.
This will be a broad litigation role focusing on high-end, multi-jurisdictional commercial and corporate disputes, including high-value insolvency and trusts disputes. This is a growth role due to a sustained increase in high-value instructions and the firm acts for a superb client base including major global funds, banks and other corporates.
We would be keen to speak with high-calibre commercial litigators of between three and ten years' PQE. You must be England and Wales-qualified, and have high-end experience at leading national/international firm(s); we will consider Lawyers currently in London, regional UK, and internationally with this background. Offshore experience is an advantage, but is not essential. Good advocacy experience is welcomed, so Call as a Barrister or Higher Rights qualification is valued. However, we will consider good applicants without advocacy experience.
