About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Community Pharmacist to join our team in Cambridge. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing a range of pharmaceutical services to the local community.
Responsibilities
* Dispense medications according to prescriptions, taking into account patient health records and any relevant medical history.
* Provide medication advice and information to patients, addressing their queries and concerns in a clear and concise manner.
* Conduct medication reviews to ensure patients are receiving the most effective treatment for their condition.
* Manage the pharmacy, overseeing its day-to-day operations and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services, collaborating with colleagues to drive improvement and innovation.
Requirements
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and ethics.
* A minimum of two years' experience as a Community Pharmacist, showcasing your expertise and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
* A strong commitment to patient care, prioritizing their needs and well-being above all else.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
