We're working with a growing organisation in the marketing services space, looking for a Bid Manager to join their Sales & Marketing team.

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the bid process from start to finish, ensuring each submission is strategic, well-written, and aligned with business objectives.
* Developing tailored proposals that address client needs while showcasing the company's unique value proposition.
* Collaborating with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather the right insights and shape compelling responses.
* Researching industry trends and competitors to refine bid strategies and keep proposals ahead of the curve.
* Maintaining and improving bid resources, ensuring content libraries, case studies, and proposal templates are up to date and effective.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in bid management, ideally within marketing services or a similar commercial environment.
* Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
* Stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring teams across different functions contribute effectively to the bidding process.
Bonus experience:
* APMP qualification or similar industry accreditation.
* Experience using bid management tools and Adobe Creative Cloud.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office and offering the option to work from home for two days. Remote working arrangements may also be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the expectation of attending the office a few times per month. Due to the office location, this position would suit candidates living in Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas, including Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Mansfield, Loughborough, Grantham, Melton Mowbray, Stamford, Peterborough, and further afield.
