The UK Trading team fuels UK growth by optimising online product sales on Next.co.uk across Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear and Home. They drive exciting product launches and strategic promotions to maximise sales and brand visibility. The role As the Trading Lead on our Brands team, you will drive the growth of both luxury brand sales on our Seasons subsite and the success of our own brand, “The Set,” through the launch and ongoing optimisation of its new subsite. You will leverage insights to optimise the entire ecommerce funnel, from search and product pages to purchase and marketing strategies, working closely with and influencing key stakeholders across the business. Most importantly, you won’t be afraid to challenge the status quo and put forward new and innovative ways to grow the businesses. What else is involved? Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive growth for Seasons and The Set, continuously aiming to enhance the customer experience. Optimise the online shopping funnel, focusing on PLP (Product Listing Pages) and PDP (Product Detail Pages) performance, including imagery, descriptions, sizing, SEO, and more. Analyse and present performance data regularly to senior management, driving decision-making and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders in product, marketing, data, content, and UX teams to ensure seamless brand storytelling and customer experience across platforms. Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for Seasons and its brands, ensuring alignment with customer demand and business objectives. Own and recommend improvements to website functionality and user experience, keeping up with industry innovations and trends. Review and optimise brand content placements on Seasons to ensure alignment with performance and brand strategies. Identify and implement new growth opportunities for Seasons, including targeting new customers and refining marketing approaches. Champion optimisations for all PLP and PDP content, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring, yes.
