Based in the Occupational Health Service, you will join a small administration team who provide extensive administrative support to the day to day running of the clinics. This will include working from the hub and workflow systems, emails and calls to staff/ students/ ensuring suitable audit trails are in place for each clinic and reception duties. This is varied and rewarding role with opportunity for future progression.
You will have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. You should have good IT experience, the ability to utilise a number of in-house systems and an excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages. Working effectively on your own as well as working well as part of a team are essential.
The role holder will apply quality and confidentiality to their work and are comfortable to work in a fast paced and varied environment.
