Here at Logic Fire & Security, we’re seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team based in our Knaresborough office working 5 days in office. Our engineering workforce is the backbone of our business and supporting them to ensure they deliver their expertise on site to our clients is a pivotal role where your geographical, organisational, and administrative prowess will be utilised.
Maybe you’ve worked in Customer Service roles previously, or have experience of providing a first-class sales administrative/customer service to clients where your transferable skills are abound? What we offer:
We’re looking to offer a salary between £35,000 - £40,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, a 39 hour working week, 25 days holiday & Bank holidays plus a day off for your birthday.
Key areas of responsibility:
1. To improve the quality-of-service delivery ensuring PPMs/RCTs are carried out within the required timescales. (Performance management).
2. Ensure key reactive and maintenance queues are managed effectively and completed within timescales.
3. Management of all key accounts PPMs to ensure same month completion to meet client SLA.
4. To ensure individual portal usage is used across all clients where applicable to meet clients SLA’s/KPI’s while demonstrating through reporting our current KPIs and track these in line with client requirements.
Experience required for the role:
1. You will be able to listen and communicate professionally, personably, and effectively with customers and Logic employees alike, while possessing a strong work ethic with excellent time management skills and levels of organisation.
2. Good excel knowledge (PIVOTS and VLOOKUP’s).
3. Previous experience within the fire and security industry is desirable.
4. This role would be ideal for someone in an account management role who wants to move away from the sales aspect and more into a management role.
