Key details about the role
Position: Community and Operations Manager
Reporting to: Multi-Site General Manager/General Manager
Working hours: 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am-8pm, 5 days out of 7, including occasional weekends
Package: £40,500 - £45,000 plus 10% performance related bonus
Location: The Fold - Croydon

What will you do?
Your key areas of responsibility will be:
Leasing, Property Management, Health & Safety, Managing People, Resident Engagement, Client Relationship Management and Financial
Management.

times and the bad as well as deputising in the absence of the General Manager. You will be empowered and trusted to make key
operational decisions.
* Effective, as someone who is process driven, you will support the General Manager to implement a consistent standard of
compliance across all aspects of the operation from leasing to building safety.
