Facilitate 1 to 1 sessions and build a rapport with our service users Completing risk reduction work with service users, such as: substance misuse, coping skills, mindfulness and Involvement in both staff meetings and workers meetings Completing key nurse paperwork in a timely manner such as: care plans, risk assessments, reading of MHA rights. Working closely with the wider MDT such as: psychology and social work. Supervising Healthcare support workers on the ward. Supporting service users with self care and limited personal care. Support service users to build on their skills and promote quality of life Keeping up to date on mandatory and essential training. Completing supportive and therapeutic observations.
