MS540 - Front of House & Administrative Co-Ordinator Location: Wantage Salary: £25,000 per annum Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Helpdesk Contract Administrator on behalf of one of our clients.This is based on a 37.5 hour per week, Monday to Friday however, flexibility is required. You will be accountable for the cover of existing Front of House services at Client sites. FOH shifts range from 0700 - 1900, Monday to Friday as required. You will also be accountable for administrative activities for assigned clients, ensuring both PPM and reactive works are completed, compliant and invoiced within SLA. Duties and Responsibilities: First and foremost, you will be the primary front of house relief support for all absences of our existing front of house teams at Client sites which can be required with little notice, same day. You will oversee the diary management of planned annual leave for front of house staff, scheduling your own diary to accommodate and liaising with Client as required.During periods when relief to our front-of-house services are not required, you will support the Business as directed which will involve a variety of different tasks. You will engage with the growth strategy and support the expansion of front of house services. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to join in the early development of the service provision and to also learn and support the wider FM provision as experience is gained. You will keep the Director of Service informed at all times. Skills and Qualifications: Front of House and general administration experience are essential. Experience within a facilities management environment and/or service provider background desirable. You should be extremely reliable with a flexible approach to tasks with demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint). You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised and detail oriented. You will have the ability to build rapport and work effectively in a, sometimes, challenging environment.
