The principle function of this role will be to support the facilities operation on site which will include both soft and hard services functions.
You will be the primary contact on site looking after the on-site team, overseeing sub-contractors working on site and expanding our partnership with our client.
Duties will include: The duties of the role will include;
• Direct Supervision of the site security team, cleaning team and handyman.
• Managing sub-contractors working on site, including the reviewing of safe systems of work.
• Carrying out of portable appliance testing to a schedule (training can be provided for this)
• Completion of ad hoc maintenance tasks as required.
• Monitoring of the teams absences and arranging cover as required.
• Processing annual leave and authorised absence forms and entering them into a holiday tracker, to ensure that the number of days taken and available are managed.
• To further develop and grow the partnership with out client and to identify and implement new opportunities.
Skills, experience and abilities required include;
• Computer literate.
• Ability to use the Microsoft Office package.
• Good attention to detail.
• Holder of an SIA Security Licence (Training can be provided)
• Understanding and experiences of facilities and maintenance functions.
• Ability to be flexible with working hours as additional work may be required from time to time.
