Are you a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Support Worker looking for flexibility between your home and work life, with the opportunity to earn up to £26.76 per hour while working with and supported by an agency close to your residence?
I am actively seeking Mental Health Support Workers with at least six months' experience in a mental health care setting in the Abergavenny area. You will have the chance to enhance your skills at a service providing care, treatment, and rehabilitation for individuals meeting the following criteria:
* Adults with severe and enduring mental illness requiring a low secure environment
* Male and female mentally disordered offenders requiring a low secure environment
* Women with mental health needs and personality disorders requiring a locked ward

* Shifts: Days, Nights, and Weekends

The Role
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will:
* Have at least 6 months UK experience in an acute mental health setting
* Support trained nurses in delivering direct patient care
* Provide therapeutic care, observe, monitor, and record patient conditions, and treat patients with dignity, compassion, and honesty
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 6 months recent experience in an acute mental health setting
* Practical Manual Handling & BILD Accredited TMVA training
* UK Resident and right to work in the UK
* Driving Licence and own vehicle
* Registered with Social Care Wales
