Part-Time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator Reigate, Surrey Up to £32k pro rata plus benefits 3 days a week (18-21 hours) Our client, a creative company based in central Reigate, is seeking a new team member to join their dynamic and forward-thinking office. This role involves working closely with the company owners, managing accounts payable/bookkeeping, and handling general office administration. Responsibilities. Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently. Checking purchase orders and invoices Preparing financial statements and reports for management review. Reconciling bank statements and ensuring any discrepancies are resolved promptly. Working with the directors to help organise operations Assist with administrative duties including filing, responding to emails and general office duties. Making sure the office runs smoothly Supporting freelance and contractors with admin duties as required Experience/Skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Previous accounts/bookkeeping experience essential Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Good interpersonal and team communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills. IT literate with knowledge of accounting software
