We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Food to Go Area Manager to join us and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while contributing to the ongoing growth of this dynamic sector.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
In this primarily field-based role, you’ll be the first point of contact for multiple retail stores, taking ownership of staff training, supporting colleagues hands-on within the department, and upholding company standards for all in-store prepared food. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the training of new and existing staff on equipment usage and correct practices.
2. Ensuring all prepared food is labelled and presented in line with company standards.
3. Maintaining operational, visual, and legal compliance across food display areas, including counters, hot units, and coffee fixtures.
4. Analysing sales data to optimise the Food to Go range, ensure product availability, and boost department performance.
A Few Things About You
We’re looking for someone who’s not only committed to enhancing the sales and profitability of our Food to Go operations across multiple sites but also passionate about our brand and determined to succeed in this competitive sector.
The ideal candidate will have:
5. A full UK driving licence. (essential)
6. A proven background in retail or Food to Go operations.
7. Experience as a Supervisor or Manager, with the ambition to take the next step in their career.
