Job Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Derby, supporting our Operations Manager in overseeing multiple sites within the Amazon contract. Key Responsibilities
* Administering legal and training documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Quality control, monitoring administration and service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Logistics management, coordinating the flow of legal documentation and payroll controls across multiple sites.
* Customer service, providing exceptional support to clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns.
Requirements
* Previous experience in administration, with strong computer skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a contagious passion for customer service.
* Understanding of delegation and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
