Position Overview: As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will play a vital role within the team. Providing assistance and representing clients who have suffered personal injuries due to accidents, medical negligence, RTA. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting legal research, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in court when necessary. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. Provide clear and comprehensive legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal matters in accessible terms. Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents. Maintain accurate case records and documentation. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of experience in personal injury law. Strong knowledge of relevant personal injury legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
