About The Role
You will be responsible for delivering impactful internal colleague communications in a large, complex, and changing environment. The role partners with teams in our corporate functions, such as health & wellbeing, safety, DEI, and compliance. The right candidate is an effective communicator with superb stakeholder management skills and strong experience in developing and executing internal communications plans. This role is both strategic and tactical, so passion for variety is key.
About You
* A confident writer with experience developing creative, multi-channel narratives that engage a wide range of audiences.
* Experience in all aspects of the internal communication mix, including objective/outcome setting, planning, channel usage, research, and measurement.
* Ability to manage and prioritize competing communications challenges and issues while maintaining high standards with minimal guidance.
* Lead on stakeholder engagement meetings, demonstrating negotiating and influencing skills to ensure our communications are audience-centric and drive business outcomes.
* Experience managing company-wide and confidential/market-sensitive announcements.
* Experience communicating HR and People programmes such as DEI, wellbeing, and compliance is a plus.
What You'll Get
A competitive salary between £51,899 – £65,675, dependent on capability.
