Our boutique fashion apparel brand client seeks a highly experienced Global Head of ECommerce & Digital to lead and drive their global e-commerce business. This role is responsible for the full P&L management of the e-commerce operations in local and international markets, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership experience in e-commerce, digital strategy, UI/UX optimization, international expansion, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile fulfilment. Since they have recently migrated from Shopify to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Order Management System (OMS), experience in these three platforms is highly preferred.
This high-impact role requires a mix of strategic vision, execution capability, and analytical thinking to scale our online business globally.
Key Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in e-commerce leadership, with a proven track record of managing P&L for an online business.
* Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Order Management System (OMS) is highly preferred.
* Strong background in UI/UX optimization, conversion rate improvement, and digital transformation.
* Experience in launching global e-commerce markets and handling international logistics & fulfilment.
* Hands-on experience with digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
* Knowledge of E-commerce best practices, omnichannel strategies, and DTC brand growth.
