As a Property Manager, you will provide the responsive, professional service expected by landlords and tenants, addressing their unique property requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely completion of all maintenance jobs with professionalism.
* Maintain up-to-date compliance records.
* Register tenant deposits and serve notices when required.
* Conduct property inspections using industry-leading reporting software.
* Handle maintenance faults, repairs, and tenant / landlord requests.
* Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
* Manage check-ins and check-outs of tenants.
* Negotiate tenancy renewals and carry out annual rent reviews.
* Produce monthly landlords reports.
* Manage company procedures, updating and improving where required.
* Oversee the property portfolio keys.
* Conduct viewings on available properties when required.
* Manage occasional out-of-hours emergency maintenance.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
* Ideally have 1 year of experience in residential property and customer service.
* Completion of secondary-level education.
* Possess customer service and administration experience.
* Proficient in the English language.
* Strong written and spoken communication.
